After posting the benefits for children in martial arts, I HAD to post some great reasons for adults to benefit from the martial arts as well! You are never too old, or too out of shape to start karate classes.  It is in my opinion the best workout in the world! Do it now!!

    1. AWESOME! I love it!! It is so much more fun than the boring gym and works every muscle in your body. I also love that each class is completely different, but you are learning techniques along with exercising! Take your time finding a good school. Most schools will let you try a class for free, take advantage of that to make sure you find one you are really comfortable in. Some of the best people I have met in my life have been through friends I've made at karate schools. Check back and let me know how it goes! I am so excited for you!!
