I love it!! It is so much more fun than...AWESOME! I love it!! It is so much more fun than the boring gym and works every muscle in your body. I also love that each class is completely different, but you are learning techniques along with exercising! Take your time finding a good school. Most schools will let you try a class for free, take advantage of that to make sure you find one you are really comfortable in.
